by Bricks are very important element in Building construction. This Bricks are made up of Soft Clay. The soft clay is put in the sized iron or wood frame. Then this bricks will be put in the 875-900 Temperature.
Fe203 + H2O becomes Hematite that why the color of the clay brick is Red.
Color will be Initially Dark Red – Purple – Gray/Brown @1200 to 1300 Temperature.
This bricks has the ingredients as follows
– Silica (Sand) – 50 – 60%
– Alumina – 20 – 30%
– Lime – 2-5%
– Magnesium – 1%
– Iron – 7%
